Eddie Peake, To Corpse, 2017, I Polpi, Volcano Extravaganza, Naples - Stromboli, Italy

Eddie Peake leads the seventh edition of ‘Volcano Extravaganza’ – a festival of contemporary art presented by Fiorucci Art Trust in collaboration with The Vinyl Factory.
Over 96 hours and journeying across Naples and the Sicilian island of Stromboli, Peake re-enacts performances, including the early work Fox (2005), and Touch (2012). A newly choreographed work, entitled To Corpse, will also be premiered during the festival.
‘Volcano Extravaganza’ spans multiple locations, including a ferry, the side of volcano and a club. Performances will be broadcast by FACT, and a vinyl EP on the record label HYMN will also be released to coincide with the event.
